Helen King Knight, APR, is a public relations and marketing consultant who lives in Tampa and occasionally works from North Carolina. With more than 20 years experience, she conducts national, trade, and local public relations programs often contracting with public relations and marketing specialists to bring a high level of expertise to her clients' programs.

Before forming King Knight Communications, Inc. in 1994, she had eight years of experience working at advertising and marketing agencies and previously served as promotion director for two public television stations in Tampa and Ft. Myers, FL. Her team helped launch the Fort Myers station and promoted it for several years, winning several national awards in the process.

A graduate of the Mass Communications program at the University of South Florida, Knight joined the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) in 1990 and received her accreditation in 1991. She has served on the board and was the chapter’s president in 2000 and has received several awards from the chapter.
